He has been actively working with organizations to adopt talent centric practices, team-based highly collaborative organizational designs, and cultures that create passion and desire for learning and achieving in employees. He is business driven and has worked in some of the world’s premiere organizations like NASA, HP, as a consultant at Microsoft, and VMLY&R to name a few.
